My name is Grazyna Przybysz.  Born at Poland. I received my bachelor degree in medicine at Polish University in academic town named Lublin. My medicine carrier ends up by emigrating to USA in1992.

I was attending Chicago Community Collages studding English. After completing courses and finish Real Estate School I become a real estate sales associate at Century 21 Sphinx Realty, Inc. in1994. Since January 1, 2007 I joined North Central Realty. I received outstanding sales achievement awards since 1995.

Being in real estate since1994, doing BPO’s since 1998, being in REO business since 2007 I experienced different markets. I and my team handle all aspects of the REO business from BPO, determining occupancy, CFK, eviction, re-key, property preservation, trash-out, maintenance, monthly status report, repairs, marketing and advertising, contract negotiations and closing coordination. I have a network of vendors and contractors who have worked with me for several years.I am a member of Multiple Listing Service.

I and my team are able to offer outstanding in quality service to our clients. Being bilingual: English and Polish in Chicago area was a key to my success. It is my goal to be easy to reach, to return all phone calls. I and my team work very hard to build a good reputation.I advertise my listings in MLS, local newspapers, websites, on site signs, direct e-mail to my long list of clients.
